Busker Festival!!

Work - Pay day! Took the kids down to Sparks street to watch a busker performance!
Weird olden day Irish people, sidewalk art, tourists taking pictures of our kids and balloon swallowing!

Came home and headed over to the apartment to do the final cleaning. Came home with quiznos and watched the rest of One Week with Em.

Is Summer finally here?

Work - took the kids to Landsdowne. After much confusion, finally discovered the market didn't open till 1. Went to the pool/park. came back around to the Market afterwards. Bought some corn for snack and dinner!
came home - decided not to go to class. Walked to Rogers and then the grocery store. made sausages on the bbq with mom then watched a couple episodes.

work - plant bath. Hda the car so I went home for lunch. giant thunderstorm. Took the car straight from work and went to Dad's to drop off some stuff. Picked up subway and went to Matt's.
Llew, Ash, Matt and I headed off to the movies to see Transformers.
Came back to Matt's and hung around there chatting. Soooo tired. Headed home after saying goodbye to Llew for the last time.

Bliss

work - took the kids to the arboretum - mud-filled grass - had mud all the way up my legs and clothes. Climbed trees and rolled down hills

Took the bus to school. Came home and Llew came over to hangout for a bit.

Hello!

work - went to McNabb. saw lifeguards practicing saving people with pens stuck in their eyes. Came home then headed off to hockey. Good work out.
Went out to the west end. picked up my prescription then met Robyn at Tim Hortons.

NotMe: "Katie! Something is going on at Tim Hortons!"
Me: "What?"
NotMe: "it's turned into a trailer"

Hung out, chatted and then headed home.

Happy Birthday, Matt !

Woke up very early to start working on my essay. Did it until 3pm, had a shower, got ready and headed out to Matt's.
Helped Llew make his pizza. Lots of dough! Yummy. Cake time - everyone got extremely full and tired. Decided not to go to the movies, and hung out for a while then headed home.

NotMe: "holy skinny!"
Me: "Thanks!"
NotMe: "I'm fat."
Me: "Uh...okay"

Jesus

Woke up. worked on my essay then started packing like a mad woman.
took a load over to Mom's. Dad came over and the moving began. Moved everything to Mom's. then loaded up everything else and moved it to Dad's. Very hot and humid. I had the hair of a mad-woman.
Ordered pizza at Dad's, wolfed it down. Then headed back home.
Llew came over to hangout for a while. Headed to bed.

Emily in a box

work - arrived to find the preschoolers in the lunchroom because their room was flooded. CRISIS! (It poured the entire day) moved toys from the flooded room into the other room with my big rain boots. Preschoolers took over our room and we went up to our old Kindy room. Crazy day! - All the preschoolers were sent home at 12:30. We only had 4 kindy's and by 4pm there were 6 kids in the entire day care. Went home half an hour early.
Went to the library for a couple hours to work on my essay. Came home and hungout with Em then Laura came home with some friends. After much debate I decided to go over to Mom's to watch a couple episodes.
Home and Bed.

It tastes like Summer

work - went to the library for story hour. Randomly saw Amberlyn there.
walked to class. Afterwards I walked over to Mom's and had quesadillas then strawberries and whipped cream and watched prison break.

Catching flies by the River

Work - took the bus out to Andrew Hayden Park. Everyone fell asleep on the bus ride home.
Home - took the car out to Dads. Had dinner there then headed over to Matt's.
Matt, Llew and I took two cars out to go drop off Llew's car to get fixed.

NotMe: "Hey, look! it's Tyler. Should we stop and say hi?"
Me: "Yah!...wait..NO!"

Came back and headed out to the Oak with the plan to play pool. Didn't happen so we ended up doing a very easy word search, a hard Sudoku and a fun crossword.

headed home and then off to hockey. Em and Mom didn't stay, they went to the mall.
I got 2 goals then McDonald sundaes! then a couple episodes of Prison Break

A little piece of the cottage

No idea what I did for the majority of the day.
Met up with Mark for dinner at East Sides. Got attacked by wasps and eventually headed home.
