Very, very strange

Slept for 10 hours. I love you
headed off to class and made plans with Jodie.
Dad came by around 5 and we headed off to pick up his car
came back and made it to Jodie's
Had delicious sweet potato soup and then some tea.
She made me dessert for my birthday but that turned into a disaster...

Me: "mmm what is it?"
NotMe: "Cheesecake with skor bits and chocolate"
Me: "uh... Skor has nuts in it"
NotMe: "No it doesn't"
Me: "yes, it does"
NotMe: "no! I check the ingredients! Twice!.... oh no, almonds is the second ingredient.. NOOOO"

NotMe: "I'm 0/3 on the topics of conversation tonight... Divorce, your dog dying, and I almost killed you"

Headed off to the theater after much delay and getting slightly lost
I still don't know what I think about the movie... it was SO weird...

Worst Day Recorded In My Blog History
Woke up with blurry vision... a migraine was inevitable
went to school to write the midterm anyway. I have no recollection of what I wrote...
Came home and crawled into bed nearly dying of the pain..
Felt very nauseous for a while but eventually fell asleep for about 4 hours. Felt a little better after that.
God....

I really really enjoy the date of my birthday. Does everyone think this?
3:16pm
Woke up with a phone call from Mom. She told me to look in her closet and there was a gift for me! yay for stationary things.
Cards and phone calls, including one from Anna (one of the highlights of my day)
Spent most of the day studying in the library but wasn't feeling that great so I decided to head home.
To Dad's! went to drop off his car at the shop and then we went to The Glen for fish n' chips

Me: "Robyn is going to come over for cake, is that alright?"
NotMe: "yes.. but how do you know I got you a cake?"
Me: "because...I looked."

Stopped by Radio shack after dinner to see if they had the CD I wanted..no luck
Robyn met me there and we headed off to the halloween store to pick up some last minute essentials and then headed home for cake.
showed Dad the video... oh god.. I'm pretty sure I need to accept the fact that Robyn will be showing everyone she possibly knows this video...

Some Early Gifties!

Up to study. Not sure how well that went over
Mark came over around 1pm and we headed over to the Scone Witch! Very delicious...I'm definitely going there again. Started chatting and then impulsively decided to drive over to the CHEO lottery mansion.
Ridonculous house! Propeller fans, sauna and a movie theater in the basement.

Home for a little while then Robyn and Pat made there way here, played in piles of leaves and talked about squirrels getting zapped.
Made our way to The Corner for my birthday dinner. Ash and Matt eventually made it, not too later at all. Our waitress was slightly deaf and we had to shout things..
appetizer was late, my bun was burnt and the mayo tasted strange... this does not, however, tamper with my decision about this being my favourite restaurant.

Me: "So who's on your team? Your mom? Cousin? Sister?"
NotMe: "No, it's all different versions of me... Matt, Mat, Mathew, Matthew, Matty and.."
NotMeEither: "Gay person?"
Me: "Good one"

Off to school then...was starving by my second class. Got a sandwich afterwards (listened to some good advice) then went to City Hall to get my health card renewed.

Headed out with Robyn later in the evening. Went to Bayshore to pick up some things for her. Stopped and looked at games and hilarious calenders.

Got to sleep in a bit, which was nice since I still haven't recovered from the EXTRAVAGANZA! (that never gets old)
Headed off to class then waited after class until 4pm and met Alma for coffee at starbucks

Headed home, made dinner and relaxed for the rest of the night.

Home for my break and did some readings and slide copying so I didn't feel to guilty about going to only half of my evening class.

Ohhhhh Mondays.
Woke up SO tired. My eyes couldn't even focus in class...
Home and did some work but couldn't focus much here either... decided to try and take a little nap on the couch. This little nap turned into a three hour nap which included some crazy dreams where buses crashed into my house.. fun times in my subconscious.
Woke up, had some dinner and didn't do too much else for the rest of the day.

Woke up around 10. Anna and I chatted in bed for a bit, and reviewed our pictures from last night.

Me: "I bet Pat's awake..you should call him"
NotMe: "Patrick......"

Pat showed up in my room a few minutes later and we decided to get everyone else up and eat some breakfast.

NotMe: "yah it was good. It tastes like birdfood"
They headed off around 1pm. I then relaxed, did some readings and realized how much "the day after something" sucks. Although I think I already knew this. It sucks when things are over.
Robyn and Pat stopped by briefly to pick something up she forgot.

Cleaned up, ate and waited for their arrival. 12:30 and they were here!

Sat around for a bit chatting then decided to go out for a walk around downtown. To Elgin, the market and then to visit the Cat Man of the Hill although he was m.i.a today.

The two others arrived finally and we headed off, after much debate, to eat at The Corner.

Walked home and Robyn was there waiting for us.

Happy University of Ottawa Day! Happy because I had no classes.
Man called the house twice at 8am telling me they were cutting down a tree and I had to move my car..joy. Crawled out of bed with crazy hair, in pijamas and my eyes half closed. Moved the car.
Went back to bed till noon
Showered, ate got ready and headed out to do some grocery shopping. More drama which made me stop int he middle of the grocery store on the phone for like 15 minutes.. I didn't realize I had stopped shopping till the conversation was over.
To Dad's for Pizza and chocolate Milk. yum.

Two classes in the morning.
Had my midterm. Went well, I think!
Home, caught up on some shows I missed and then had a nap around 530
Mom called and woke me around 6:30. I then met up with Robyn at Tim's.
Much drama and phone conversations.
Drove around stalking peoples houses and then ended up at a open-late shoppers drugmart.

Woke up around 11
Mom was already starting to prepare for dinner tonight.
I cut and peeled the potatoes and the apples and worked on my paper.
Mom went out and bought me flowers =) It had a sunflower in it. I'm glad I've let everyone know my new found love for sunflowers.
Took Duffy out for stroll and then it started snowing.... GAH
Jodie popped over around 4 to say hello to Mom. They chatted while I continued working.
Got ready, set the table and helped out some more with the food.
Nancy got here and made the gravy. I cleaned out the stuffing from the turkey and scraped the spoon against its ribs and then I had to stop.. that was gross.
Margot arrived with the wine (late?)
And we settled down to our feast. YUMMMM
tea and apple/blueberry crisp for dessert.

They chatted and I eventually decided to go out for a bit and meet up with Robyn.

Got to sleep in. Called Mom upstairs from my cell phone in bed.. ha.
Got up and didn't feel like doing much.

I then realized that a channel was playing Friends episodes for the entire day... it was nice knowing something was always on.
Mom and I made the famous Poppy seed cheese bread, after an argument about going to the grocery store.
Had tortellini soup and the bread for dinner, sans Jodie.

Headed out to say Hi to Dad and then made my way to meet Robyn, Dav (!) and Mark.
Went to play some pool.

The guys tried to pull a joke on us at the end of the night by blocking my car in the parking spot and then dropping their keys out the window... haha! Jokes on you.

Me: "Then climb through the fucking window!!! We aren't getting them"

Woke up earlier then normal on a friday so we could get to the clinic before class.
Finally got up enough courage to actually get the blood test done. Turns out what we wanted to get tested costs 100$ so we couldn't actually do that... But got the routine test. Not so bad.
The nurse didn't tell me to open my eyes back up as my hand was flailing around trying to find what it was I was supposed to be holding... [cotton]
Came home, made coffee, got ready and headed off to school. Handed in a paper.
Home, did some work. Then went to meet Ashley at the Corner for dinner.
Afterwards I made my way to Jodie's wear we randomly decided to go out and rent Girl, Interrupted. Love it
home and very tired.

Decided to meet up with Mark at a Starbucks that I have never been to. Got directions...sort of

Chatted out on the patio with some flashes, which WAS lightning. I win again.
It eventually started to rain: moved to the umbrella. It started to downpour. Moved closer under the umbrella. Then fork lightning. Booked it to the cars!!
Drove around and saw Marks brothers house then decided to head on home.

Class at 10 so I got to sleep in a bit.
Came home made some lunch, showered and got ready to head to dad's.

First Wings game of the season in Stockholm. We lost, it was dumb.
Dad and I had some dinner (value meal!) which was creepily the same as Anna's...again...
Headed back home around 8. Called Jodie and confirmed out plans.
Out in the rain to buy some beer. Thankfully Tabitha and Jodie showed up in my backyard to pick me up.
Headed back to her place. Sat around with beer, pizza and conversation
